Considering the impact of substance abuse on the health of an individual and the long-term medical consequences, we understand that it is critical to intervene and prevent it at the very beginning. As it is being said, prevention is always better than cure and evidence shows that early intervention or prevention can delay the substance misuse at the early stage or can stop the further progression that may lead to severe addiction.
